On May 9, 2008 permission was granted for the LMA:
"Hi!
We're a fun, Vermont-based band called Erin McDermott and the Dixie Red Delights. Our songs are sound, but our sound is in the live performance! We would love to be able to upload our shows to archive.org.
Currently, we have a live studio recording from WGDR 91.1 FM, in Plainfield, VT at Goddard College that we have permission to distribute. We'll have more this summer, for sure.
